The room met all required needs, well-equipped with comfortable bed. Loved exceptionally nice location, close enough to the Zaki restaurant which is a very good option for lunch, dinner, a fast meal or whatever, harbour, beach and shops, and the Cafe at the main entrance.

The rooms at this hotel were spacious and well-decorated, giving a luxurious feel for the price. The location was also convenient, with easy access to popular tourist attractions. Another highlight was the friendly and attentive staff, who provided excellent service throughout our stay.

We found a few minor issues during our visit. The bathroom had a slight odor after one use, which was not pleasant.

Its location in Sur was easy and incredibly comfortable, just off the Zaki restaurant which is a very good option for lunch, dinner, a fast meal or whatever, the beach, the corniche area, and the dhow shipyard took mere minutes and the centre.

My stay at Zaki Hotel was enjoyable. The food was delicious and always served punctually. The staff provided excellent service, with Abdur Rahman at the reception desk being particularly helpful and polite. The location of the hotel was super convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions. Alawd Deen ensured that all our needs were met during our stay. a great experience.

The breakfast was below expectations, with cold and tasteless food. There were some technical problems during the stay, such as a blocked toilet and wifi being off for almost a day.

I had an exceptional stay at Zaki Hotel. The third-floor apartment was spacious and had a lovely view of the town and lagoon. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated having a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The highlight was the Zaki restaurant, where I had one of the best meals in Oman. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the town and nearby attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
